BD-S400一液绿色表面处理设备处理45号钢原料,单位产品电耗为0.0141kWh/kg,单位产品水耗为9ml/kg;酸洗磷化生产线处理相同的45号钢原料,单位产品电耗为0.3184 kWh/kg(不含污水处理设备)、0.3361 kWh/kg(含污水处理设备),单位产品水耗为19043ml/kg。两套设备处理后的原料满足相同冷锻工序要求,因此可认为BD-S400一液绿色表面处理设备可代替酸洗磷化生产线,节电率达到95.57%(不含污水处理设备)、95.80%(含污水处理设备),节水率达到99.95%,设备节能、节水效果明显。

As showed in the result, the power and water consumption per unit product of the process of No. 45 steel treated by BD-S400 Single Solution surface treatment equipment were 0.0141 kWh/kg and 9 ml/kg, respectively; when the same No. 45 steel was treated with pickling and phosphating line, the power consumption per unit product were 0.3184 kWh/kg (excluding water treatment facility) and 0.3361 kWh/kg (including water treatment facility), and the water consumption per unit product was 19403 ml/kg. The materials treated by the two processes both meet requirements of the same cold forging, which indicates BD-S400 Single Solution surface treatment equipment can replace pickling and phosphating line. The power- saving rates are 95.57% (excluding water treatment facility) and 95.80% (including water treatment facility), and the water- saving rate is 99.95%. The effects of energy- saving and water- saving are significant.
